Kingdom Founders Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing faith-driven entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community leaders who desire to make a lasting impact through their leadership.

We believe leadership is stewardship. When leaders are equipped with strong character, biblical principles, and practical wisdom, they influence organizations, families, communities, and entire generations for good.

Our mission is to cultivate leaders worth following by providing leadership development, mentorship, community, and faith-based programming that empowers individuals to lead with purpose and excellence.

Leadership Institute

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR FAITH-DRIVEN LEADERS

The Kingdom Founders Leadership Institute is a program that equips entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community leaders to lead with greater conviction, influence, and purpose.

It’s built on a simple belief:

Great leaders are not born. They are developed through discipleship, meaningful relationships, and practical experience.

The Institute combines leadership education, faith mentorship, and peer accountability in a cohort that grows participants personally and professionally.

What to Expect

The Kingdom Founders Leadership Institute is a 7-month cohort consisting of around 20 participants from the Atlanta community who are committed to growing as leaders and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Participants will engage in:

Monthly Leadership Sessions

Interactive workshops and peer discussions focused on practical leadership skills, personal growth, and organizational effectiveness.

Sessions also feature accomplished business leaders, entrepreneurs, and keynote speakers who share lessons learned from leading with faith and purpose.

Faith-Based Mentorship

Intentional mentoring that encourages spiritual growth, leadership development, and long-term success.

Community & Networking

Meaningful connections with fellow entrepreneurs, executives, and community leaders who share a desire to lead with integrity and impact.

At Kingdom Founders Foundation, our goal is simple: to equip leaders worth following.

We believe leaders with a strong foundation of faith are better prepared to build healthy organizations, develop thriving teams, navigate challenges with wisdom, and positively impact the people they serve.

The Kingdom Founders Leadership Institute exists to help participants develop the character, confidence, skills, and community needed to become transformational leaders in their spheres of influence.
